I'm Greg Pain, a Sports Biomechanist based in Auckland, New Zealand. With over 20 years of clinical experience and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Auckland University, I am honored to have worked with some of New Zealand's and the world's most successful athletes and teams.

From Olympic gold medalist and World Champion kayaker Dame Lisa Carrington to the entire Elite Women's Squad, the NZ Men's squad, and esteemed athletes across various disciplines, I have had the privilege of witnessing extraordinary journeys. But it's not just about high-performance athletes. I've also been fortunate to work with diverse individuals, from expectant mothers to keen octogenarian golfers.

My career has flourished along two intertwined paths: performance and rehabilitation. Through close collaborations with coaches, health professionals, and athletes, I've honed my clinical skills. Understanding the crucial relationship between injury prevention and performance enhancement has been pivotal. My philosophy is simple: be the ambulance at the top of the cliff.

It's disheartening to witness athletes with subpar movement patterns due to inadequate training or treatment.
