Let's be honest, most of us are not the best at doing our sport-specific exercises under our own steam. Or if we are, sometime it can be a little daunting as to where you're doing them correctly.

Or you're confused as to what you have seen/read online and don't know where to start. And then how do you progress these exercises?

Don't worry, I'm here for you. bioSPORT Packages are a super targeted and progressive programme, tailored for you - the individual.  Packages are all 6 weeks, with the options revolving either a 1x or 2x weekly commitment (see Conditions below for more info).

bioSPORT Packages all consist of the following:

  • EVIDENCE-BASED testing and opinion
  • Relative history screening, including some home/gym programming
  • Session Zero: Gait or Bike video analysis (or both if doing the Tri package*)
    • Voice over videos are sent to you so you have a recording of what I see and what needs to improve.
  • Muscle balance testing and reporting.
  • Sport-specific PROGRESSIVE exercise prescription programming.  
  • Specific cueing and education relative to the sport AND your needs.
  • Email communication for further feedback.

1x WEEKLY RUN PROGRAMME

Starting with a 60min Gait Analysis (and reporting), then 6 weeks of 1x weekly 1 hour sessions. 

SUPER progressive in the exercise programming, targeting evidence-based parts of the kinetic chain known to directly effect running efficiency. End programming is whole body and includes plyometrics to aid elasticity within the dynamic running system.

2x WEEKLY RUN PROGRAMME

Starting with a 60min Gait Analysis (and reporting), then 6 weeks of 2x weekly 1 hour sessions. 

2x sessions a week gives 3x the results of 1x per week. We bombard the body with information and capacity-building exercise prescription.

1X WEEKLY BIKE PROGRAMME

Starting with a 60min Bike Fit and Analysis (with reporting), then 6 weeks of 1x weekly 1 hour sessions. 

Cycling is far more complex than is generally understood.  It is NOT simply a case of 'mashing down on the pedals'.  It is a sport if finesse.  Lock in the trunk/pelvis and learn how to pedal in circles to avoid muscle overload, and reduce the likelihood of back pain.

Starting with a 60min Bike Fit and Analysis (with reporting), then 6 weeks of 2x weekly 1 hour sessions. 

2x sessions a week gives 3x the results of 1x per week. We bombard the body with information and bike-specific exercise prescription. 

SUPER progressive in the exercise programming. Dialling in your upstroke muscle activation (which is where the majority of the population get it wrong), stabilising the trunk, and getting the pelvis locked in place (do you slide forward on the saddle at all?).

Starting off with a 120min Gait and Bike Fit/Analysis (with reporting), then 6 weeks of 1x weekly 1 hour sessions. 

Triathlon is all about HOW you run off the bike and delaying the onset of fatigue so you don't slow down.  But what is not well understood is how your swim and bike techniques can negatively effect your running.  I know these secrets.

Looking at the fundaments of swimming mechanics, dialling in your pedalling technique (in a TT position) and therefore getting you upright off the bike.  Efficient. Economical. Happy.
