The site of movement-specific pain, or movement inefficiency, is VERY rarely the site of the root cause.  When you combine a detailed consideration of your movement history, a very high level knowledge of sporting biomechanical principles, and movement mechanics, the result is a clear path to movement success, tailored specifically to you and your needs

The 1:1 bioSPORT analysis, or online bioSPORT PRO educational products, ALL assess/educate you as a dynamic 3-dimensional whole. They provide you with the understanding of how you're moving and why.  As stated above: treat the whole, not the site.  This is where broad brush strokes of treatment will let you down, and ultimately not provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to resolve.

Bike Fitting & Analysis

Fitting the bike to the rider, AND the rider to the bike.

Don't get caught up in high tech bike fitting solutions.  The bike fit is only a SMALL part of what makes you an efficient AND powerful rider. We delve deep into your activation patterns and ensure that the bike position is optimised to avoid localised muscle overuse and/or pain.

I regularly see riders whose joint angles are good, but they still have weakness and/or pain.  Changing the bike position only will not fix this.

Triathlon Testing

If you want to be the best triathlete you can be, you MUST run well off the bike.  PERIOD.

How is the question.  The solution is not to simply learn to run better.  There is a plethora of non-evidence based advice online as to how to run well.  Trust the evidence, AND the experience. And then from there, reverse engineer how your bike and swim techniques are going to be effecting your running mechanics.
